The Stadium is one of the most versatile venues with 20 flexible meeting and event rooms that can accommodate 5 to 450 guests for various types of conferences, meetings, training days, seminars, product launches and exhibitions. All our meeting and event rooms can be equipped with the latest presentation and communication technology, with free Wi-Fi as standard.

Our in-house team of Chefs, and friendly and professional team are on hand to assist with all aspects of your event, which can be tailor-made to your requirements. We also have an extensive choice of fine wines, please ask to see our wine list when booking.

Bridge Suite

The Bridge Suite is ideal for conferences between 60 – 450 delegates.

This suite is fully equipped with the latest IT and audio visual equipment. Services Included:

  • Air Conditioning
  • Natural Daylight
  • Free internet WiFi
  • Screen and projector
  • Toilets Facilities

The room can be partitioned into two halves if required making it ideal for workshop groups or as a way of separating your conference and catering areas.

A number of room layouts are available including:

  • Cabaret Style for up to 250
  • Theatre for up to 400
  • Boardroom for up to 40

The suite has a fixed stage and dance floor area as well as the facility to add extra staging and dance floor if required. There is a well stocked bar offering a comprehensive selection of soft drinks, wines, beers and spirits.

karalius Suite

The Karalius Suite is ideal for between 20 and 140 delegates. Fully equipped with the latest IT and audio visual equipment. Services Included:

Executive Suite

The 21 Executive suites with glass doors overlooking the pitch provide and inspirational setting for boardroom or theatre style meetings.

All Executive Suites are fitted with sliding glass doors that lead out to their own private balcony and are furnished to a high standard. Services Included:

Exhibition Facilities

The Exhibition Facility is situated in the West Stand and can host up to 1000 delegates, perfect for Business Fairs and Trade Shows.
