1. The Hirer shall pay the charge requested by the Council 7 days prior to the event or an official order number should be supplied; unless other arrangements have been agreed in advance and in writing by the Council.
  2. Bookings cancelled within 21 days of the event will be subject to the total room hire costs.
  3. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the event will be subject to the total estimated cost for the event.
  4. The Hirer will be recharged the making good of any damage that may be done to the premises.
  5. The Council accepts no responsibility for personal property on the premises.
  6. The Hirer will not use any naked flames within the premises.
  7. The management or authorised officer reserves the right to refuse admission to the premises for any reason.
  8. The Hirer shall ensure that activities carried out at the premises are conducted in an orderly manner unlikely to cause any annoyance or inconvenience or to become a nuisance to the owners or to the public.
  9. The Hirer is responsible for the conduct and behaviour of all people attending the event.
  10. The Hirer is not permitted to install fixtures or decoration of any kind requiring nails, screws, staples or blue tack to walls, doors, ceilings or any other furniture without prior written permission from Stadium HBC staff.
  11. All Items belonging to the Hirer must be removed from the premises at the termination of the hire. (See point 5).
  12. Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed within the building.
  13. The Stadium (HBC) reserves the right to substitute some dishes or ingredients subject to availability.
  14. Children are welcome at the Halton Stadium, though they must be supervised by the hirer or hirers guests at all times around the Stadium.
  15. Any hired in entertainment/equipment will need to provide evidence of public liability. All electrical equipment should have a valid PAT test certificate.
  16. A Stadium pitch event may take place on the same day as your booking meaning alternative arrangements may be made.
  17. The Hirer must leave the room clean and tidy at the end of the hire time.
  18. Subletting any room within the Stadium is not permitted.
  19. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. In such circumstance you will be contacted and informed of any changes.
